Arctic Hibernation continued

We had a lot of fun learning about Arctic Animals and continuing winter!

We wrote letters, numbers, and drew shapes in flour (looked like snow)

We played together with Arctic animals and made homes for them.

We made bears from our letter B. Big line down, back up, and 2 small curves.

We practiced using our sequencing words to put making a snowman in order.

We made hot chocolate!  We talked about the steps of pouring in the mix, milk, adding marshmallows, and heating it in the microwave. Yumm!

We had a fun day of centers in the Eagle classroom!

We created a lot of art during centers with the puppy friends. We painted snowflakes, made Artic animals, and decorated our bulletin board!

We practiced figure skating and speed skating with "pretend ice skates"

Working on sizes: smallest, medium, largest.

We practice following directions to make a penguin. We also learned lots of facts about penguins, one being they don't fly!
